Jurassic Park Theme | Bridges Restaurant Wedding

Hi Friends – Beth here! Throwing it back to a rainy day last October where we celebrated Ali & Brendan’s wedding at one of our favourite spaces on Granville Island, Bridges Restaurant. I absolutely loved working with Ali and Brendan. They are such a fun couple and the entire day was filled with so much love and laughter.

These two met at a local Vancouver bar, The Bourbon, years ago – you know when it was still a Country Bar. It was a classic girl meets boy story, except moments into chatting they realized that their families had known each other for years! Funny Story their wedding DJ – DJ Bryon James was working at The Bourbon the night they met! After that night, it just clicked and they’ve been together ever since. One of the best things about getting to know your couple throughout the planning process is learning what they love and how to incorporate those unique touches into their wedding day. Our bride, Ali, loves Jurassic Park (and Star Trek – I mean their hashtag was #lovelongandprosper). Along with the team over at Celsia Floral, we dreamt up some unique ways to include that into their floral design. Thank you so much Ali and Brendan for trusting us with your wedding day!
