Stephen and Dave's rustic winery wedding was full of so much joy and many last minute pivots! Using a colour palette of navy, burgundy, black and gold, we designed two event spaces to stay within event restrictions for their 120 guest count. Endless wine, great food, bingo and drag queens = best day ever!

What is the payment plan?

Once you know we're the planning company for you, you'll receive an invoice for 50% non- refundable retainer. The remaining balance owing will be one month prior to the wedding day. Assistant labour and travel fees will be charged after the wedding day. 

What is the payment plan?

As planners we are a diverse group, each with our own experience, style and personalities. 

When inquiring please let us know if you have a favourite and we will confirm their availability for you.

Can I choose the planner I want to work with?

What is the average cost of a wedding in Vancouver?

While our True to You package involves design support and ongoing management, we often team up with a decor company for our rental order to execute your vision. Please note, dependant on your final design, we may enlist a decorator for more intricate details. 

If I book the True to You package do I need to hire a decorator?

Great question! It's a common 'blurred' area that confuses couples so we broke it down HERE. 

I have a venue coordinator, do I need a wedding coordinator?

While personality is key, we understand we don't always fit with every couple's budget. Our team also offers officiating services, additional guidance calls (Ask the Expert) and stationery. Fill out of form, share your budget and vision and let's see how we can support you! 

You're out of our budget. How can we still work with you?

Yes! Many of our couples that choose to work with Stephanie have hired her to officiate as well. In that case, you will receive a second lead on the day to assist so your ceremony moments are fully executed and looked after.

I want Stephanie to officiate and plan. Is this possible?
